NOKIA Usability Test

In this group project for my graduate Testing and Assessment course, my 6 person team worked directly with NOKIA’s user experience team. The goal was to develop and execute a testing plan that explored user privacy in the social networking sites, Google+ and Facebook. The project consisted of multiple meetings with key NOKIA stakeholders to align. Our team then proceeded to design a testing plan which consisted of: an online survey, expert evaluations, and a comparative usability test with 12 participants using Bentley’s state-of-the-art Design and Usability Center. After analyzing all of the data, our team presented our findings to 15 NOKIA stakeholders from around the world. Our project was highlighted as being extremely helpful for NOKIA’s UX team and they have expressed interest in doing another project with Bentley next semester.
